Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Seekers Games Limited relationship with you in relation to this website. The term ‘seekersgames.co.uk’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website and the term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the data on our web site, however it is possible errors may occur. We make every effort to rectify any errors as soon as possible but we cannot be held responsible and accept no responsibility or liabilities for incorrect data. Any material downloaded or obtained from our website is done so entirely at your own risk.

We accurately describe every item as best we can. All dimensions indicated are approximate. We use photographs of every item so that the buyer can clearly see the product. When viewed on computer screens that are not calibrated or when printed off, the colours may differ from those in real life. We do not accept any responsibility for errors in the product descriptions.

2. Ownership of rights and legal identity

You acknowledge and agree that copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property, in all material on the website are owned by or licensed to Seekers Games Limited. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

All images on this website remain the property of Seekers Games Limited. Under no circumstances can these images be used for any personal or commercial purposes.

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

This website is owned and operated by Seekers Games Limited (‘Seekers Games Limited’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) registered in England and Wales.

3. Placing an order

When placing an order, you are requested to read and agree to these terms and conditions. Any orders placed by you are subject to these terms and conditions.

4. Acceptance of your order

After placing your order an order acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you have provided, detailing the product(s) you have ordered and confirming prices.

The order acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract will only take place once we have confirmed your credit or debit card authorisation for your order, and the products you have ordered have been despatched (unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the terms as described in Returns, Refunds and Cancellations). We will send you a despatch confirmation email when the product you have ordered is despatched from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to decline any order you place and/or to supply any product ordered as a result of the product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, or if you do not meet our eligibility criteria. The contract between you and us will be concluded in English. The details of your specific contract will not be filed by us.

5. Prices

There is a minimum postage charge of £3.50 for all orders that are delivered within the UK Mainland and Channel Islands. Overseas shipping is possible, email prior to purchase for a shipping quotation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and we are entitled to refuse or cancel any order placed by any customer.

6. Payment

We use third party organisations to collect payments using their secure online processes. We do not handle or manage personal or credit card information directly ourselves.

In particular we offer Sage Pay as an online payment option.

7. Delivery

Our aim is to post all items within 2-3 days of ordering and confirmation of funds. We use Royal Mail delivery services or a trusted UK courier depending on the location and size of box.

In the unlikely event of an item being delivered damaged, please let us know within 48 hours using the email address provided:  info@seekersgames.co.uk

Delivery and postage prices quoted are for UK mainland and Channel Islands delivery only.

We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, please just email us for a quote.

8. Returns, refunds & cancellations

We are confident that our customers will be pleased with their purchases.

If goods are accidentally damaged during delivery, our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund, exchange or replacement of the goods or to the value of the original sales price.

If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don’t want to proceed. In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded other than in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item.

9. Guarantees

We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a full refund with no questions asked, provided you return it to us within 14 days*. Please tell us your reasons for returning the items as we value your comments. We check all goods before they leave our premises but, should there be any discrepancies or damage in transit, please telephone us immediately on: 07764 491073

To enable an exchange or refund to take place for an item damaged during delivery, the customer is responsible for informing us at Seekers, by email: returns@seekersgames.co.uk or by phone: 01257 450207 of the item(s) damaged within 48 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us at Seekers and the customer will pay for that postage. On receipt of the damaged item, if necessary and if an exchange is agreed, we will pay postage on the return item.

Cancellations are accepted before item delivery or before a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of order. In this case the order value will be refunded. Cancellation refunds will be payable if the ordered goods are received back by Seekers in the original order condition. Cancellations must be written or emailed to Seekers info@seekersgames.co.uk within 7 working days.

10. Password / account security


If you choose or are provided with a password and/or account details, you must treat such information as confidential. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your account. Seekers Games Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to keep your password or account confidential.

11. Privacy policy

When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific
reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

13. General terms

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties, (you and Seekers Games Limited) submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
